What to expect during the eLearning Development process

One of my personal values is clear and timely communication (see here to learn more about me). With that in mind, I want to be transparent about what clients can expect when they choose me as their service provider.

I have added a sample eLearning development process below to show what happens at each stage. Every eLearning supplier has their own processes, and indeed every client has their own requirements, so this is only meant to give a rough idea of what to expect. Each project is different, and so there will be variances to this, sometimes with additional or fewer steps. I advise clients at proposal stage what their tailored process will look like for their project.

One other thing to note is that, also at proposal stage, I provide the client with my payment terms (sometimes as part of a service contract), and delivery of each stage of a project will be dependent on payment terms being met. Hey, I can't finish your project if I can't pay my bills!
