
PP Homes- Promoting your Business

PP Homes is a plumbing company based in the UK. Through initial discovery calls with the client, I determined that one of the senior Managers was tasked with taking on additional responsibilites, one of which was promoting their business. However, they had a gap in their knowledge of this topic. My brief was to build a simple, mobile responsive module to meet their objective and to ensure brand consistency throughout.
Some of the features of the finished project included:

Broken down into smaller micro modules, making content easier to access and digest.

Food Safety-Microlearning Module
Microlearning is learning that occurs in a short, bitesized format. It can be an effective way to make a lot of content that might usually form a lengthy, time consuming course, far more digestible, as it breaks the subject matter down into smaller parts.
It is even better if it is designed to be mobile responsive, meaning learners can access the content as and when they want, giving them control over how they learn.

Pharmacy Interactive Module
This example showcases a module that would form part of a learning path for pharmacy employees. The objective is for learners to understand how to deal with specific, real-life, prescription requests.
Included are the following features:

Branding and custom brand colours.

Realistic, relevant imagery.

Role-play interaction where the learner must make decisions to find the correct solution. This activity allows them to practice what they have learned in a safe environment.

Voiceover for all elements including role-play responses.
Animated Video-
Less Stress at Work
Animated videos are an excellent way to communicate messages. The combination of visuals with voiceover, text and music make them very effective. They can be used as standalone or form part of a larger course. The format makes them easy to distribute, so they can be sent by email and text, meaning they can also be used to communicate with customers.
