I first developed a passion for all things learning at school, and once considered becoming a teacher...instead, I entered the world of hospitality (not sure now what informed that decision!), and that's where I got my introduction to workplace training.
Throughout all of my 20 year career, I have been involved in workplace training in some capacity. From team trainer for a national bank to Training Manager across 3 prestigious venues; Croke Park, Convention Centre Dublin and Titanic Belfast, to my most recent roles with a global automotive finance company which included sales enablement, dealer network training and GDPR lead.
I now use my experience to help small businesses elevate their training, learning and development.
Along the way I've achieved a number of qualifications to complement my professional experience;
-
B.Sc. (hons) in Hospitality Management
-
Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Adult Learning & Teaching
-
Certificate in Trainer Skills
-
Professional Diploma in Change Management
-
Certified Facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® Method
Integrity is important to me. If I don't think I'm the right fit for you, or following an initial analysis, conclude that I am not the right fit for you, I will tell you. I want you to feel that you can trust me as your business partner, so I work with honesty to give you great service, and with an end product that provides a real solution for your business.
I value clear and timely communication. As is evidenced in my testimonials, it is something that is also valued by others who have worked with me.
I approach all my work with a sense of fun! Isn't that the basis of all good relationships?!
