Background
PP Homes is a plumbing company based in Kent in the UK. They wanted to grow their business and expand their online presence, however a needs analysis identified that there were some knowledge gaps in the employees tasked with this.
Why they chose Tracy Ager Learning Solutions (TALS)
The company reached out to TALS (following recommendation from an Irish associate) and following some initial discovery and scoping calls, we provided them with a proposal that not only aligned with their objectives, but was suitable for the learners, and was within budget. They initially wanted something that was an all-in-one long module, however it was suggested that by breaking it down into smaller micro-learning content, it would be easier to engage with and the content more likely to 'stick'.
