The objective of this training/ workshop is to enhance leadership capabilities using the LEGO® Serious Play® (LSP) methodology.
The hands-on nature of LSP fosters higher engagement and shared, open conversations where leaders can develop essential skills that will help them guide their teams more effectively and drive success in their organisations.
